Sestanki so zelo pomembni, ker omogo\u010dajo zaposlenim pridobiti informacije o dogajanjih v organizaciji in informacije o nosilcih nalog, hkrati pa omogo\u010dajo skupno dogovarjanje, na\u010drtovanje in preverjanje.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Velikokrat pa se zaposleni\u00a0 prito\u017eujejo, da so sestanki neuspe\u0161ni.
