Pristop se uporablja po\u00a0vsem svetu. Ishikawa meni, da se lahko ve\u010dino problemov povezanih s kakovostjo v podjetju re\u0161i s temi sedmimi orodji:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Histogram,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Pareto analiza,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Diagram vzrokov in posledic,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Kontrolna karta,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Korelacijski diagram,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Diagram poteka,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Kontrolni list.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Povezava med orodji je vidna na sliki 1. S Pareto diagramom izvemo, kateri so glavni problemi. S Kontrolnim listom, Kontrolno karto, Histogramom in Korelacijskim diagramom primerjamo pretekle podatke s sedanjimi. Do vzrokov za odstopanja pridemo z Diagramom vzrokov in posledic. Ko najdemo re\u0161itev za nastali problem, jo uvedemo in kontroliramo. Cikel ponavljamo in na ta na\u010din izbolj\u0161ujemo kakovost procesa.<\/p>\n<p>Zanka 1 se fokusira na analizo glavnih vzrokov za napake, katere poi\u0161\u010demo s Pareto diagramom, zanka 2 se fokusira na kontinuiran proces izbolj\u0161av, ki je eno od osmih na\u010del sistema obvladovanja kakovosti (QMS). Ena orodja uporabljamo pri procesu identifikacije, druga pri procesu analize.
