Using the Schneider culture model you could understand and work with your organization\u2019s culture. With this model you will be able to discern what will result in cultural conflict from what will support the existing culture.\u00a0 I have found this to be a profoundly useful model for understanding the hidden dynamics at play. Through this understanding we can avoid conflict and increase coherence and alignment of our efforts.
