DEL)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Vitka organiziranost (Lean) se osredoto\u010da na (pre)tok in zmanj\u0161evanje izgub s ciljem pove\u010devanja vrednosti za kupca. Bistvo Lean zgodbe so skraj\u0161ani cikel \u010dasi, manj izgub v procesih in pove\u010devanje odzivnosti do kupca (oz. pravo\u010dasno zagotavljanje produktov in\/ali storitev). Vse na\u0161teto se ne prevede v finan\u010dne rezultate \u017ee prvi dan uporabe Lean orodij in na\u010dina delovanja, ker terja \u010das in napor, da podjetje\/organizacija naredi prvi preskok ter pri tem vztraja (Cooper, Maskell: \u201cHow to Manage Through Worse-Before-Better\u201d, MIT Sloan Management Review, 2008).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Za enega od takih preskokov lahko poskrbimo, \u010de smo stalno osredoto\u010deni na zni\u017eevanje izgub. Ponavadi Lean teoretiki izpostavljajo 7 tipov izgub. V praksi se zavedamo, da se pri modelih in tipih ne gre omejevati ter da je vrst izgub lahko ne\u0161teto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Zato da boste la\u017eje startali z Vitkostjo, podajamo naslednji pripomo\u010dek za odkrivanje izgub.
